Maharshi holds Masters’ Degree in Human Resources with Six Sigma Green Belt certification and over 18 years of experience in the HR field. He has worked across sectors BFSI, Consulting and ITES .
Rishi’s expertise in various domains including Retail & Corporate Banking, NBFCS and Capital Markets helps in faster requirement closures. His deep expertise across Consulting including Risk Consulting including IT and Non-IT, Assurance, FAAS.
His experience in IT/ITES includes development, design, architecture, Cloud, ERP implementation, Data Analytics and Data Science roles.
During his experience, he has handled various complex projects:
- Expertise in setting up Recruitment Verticals including Selection process and designing and implementation of Recruitment Assessment Centre’s.
- Policy Designing and Compensation Study and Market Benchmarking and hiring trends.

Kashbi has an overall 10 Years+ experience including 5 Years of experience in Customer Service Roles in BFSI Industry. Her deep understanding of various products & portfolios in BFSI Industry has helped in closures of important positions.
She has worked in Manpower Consulting Role for the last 5 Years and has gained immense knowledge across various portfolios and Industries including BFSI, Telco, Manufacturing, BFSI, Accounting, FMCG, Automotive & Heavy Engineering Firms.
